EFFECTIVE 1/19/02 ALL CFCS (CENTRAL FLORIDA COMPUTER SOCIETY) MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING RECEIVE A 50% DISCOUNT ON SERVICE CALL RATES AND LABOR. MEMBERSHIP CARD REQUIRED FOR OUR SERVICE TECHNICIAN TO GIVE YOU THE DISCOUNTED RATE. RATES SPECIFIED BELOW.
The following applies to our clients within Seminole and Orange County: Our Standard Service Call rate is $70.00 per hour ($35.00 for CFCS Members), 1 hour minimum, which includes the first hour of labor and no travel time, so long as you are within 15 driving miles of our office. Our Extended Service Call rate is $80.00 per hour ($40.00 for CFCS Members), 1 hour minimum, which includes the first 1/2 hour of labor and 1/2 hour travel time, so long as you are beyond 15 driving miles from our office, but within Seminole and Orange County. The following applies to our clients outside of Seminole and Orange County, but within Central Florida: Service Calls are charged at $100.00 per hour ($50.00 for CFCS Members), 1 hour minimum. Travel Time is part of the minimum hourly rate from the time we leave our office. E-Mail confirmation is required before we depart on a service call. E-Mail must include your name, address, phone number and Driver License Number. We use online mapping services (MapQuest, Expedia) to calculate driving time and distance.
